Every engagement ring from Thacker Jewelry comes with more than just a diamond. It comes with a personal chauffeur service. On your big day, our beautiful 1963 Rolls Royce Silver Cloud, “Lola,” will pick you up and usher you to and from your wedding venue.
Formerly owned by Heiress Gladys Quarre Knapp, Lola is now an honorary member of the Thacker Jewelry family. She serves couples all over West Texas with vintage flair and will take you where you need to go on your wedding day. As her guest, you’ll join a lineup of prominent individuals like Roy Rogers, his wife Dale Evans, Grace Kelly and most notably, ZaZa Gabor.
While Lola enjoys being a part of your big day, she is particular about where she goes and who she holds. As a homebody, she likes to stay within the greater Lubbock area and takes great pride in her appearance. That being said, drinks and food are not allowed to ride with you and only three people can safely enjoy her service.
